Returns and Refunds
Merchandise in its original condition may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Opened items are nonrefundable.
Email us at email@example.com to get a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before returning any merchandise. Once RMA number has been assigned, send us your item with the RMA number marked clearly on the outside of the package. Shipping fees for returns are your responsibility. Please be advised that items received without a RMA number will NOT be processed and no refunds and/or exchanges will be issued regardless of return reason.

Yes. Up to 15% of item's price.
The order is undeliverable at the buyer’s fault. (wrong shipping information, wrong contact information, not available at the time of the delivery)

The buyer refuses delivery due to visible damage incurred during shipping or caused by the carrier.
